How does laser hair removal work?
Laser hair removal selectively destroys hair follicles by targeting melanin (color). The laser damages the follicle, preventing hair regrowth without harming the surrounding skin. We’ve found that multiple treatments disable most follicles, effectively preventing hair regrowth.
How much downtime is needed after treatment?
Most MedSpa treatments do not require any downtime after the procedure. Patients can often resume their regular activities immediately after treatment. At Script MedSpa, each treatment has its own guidelines, and we’ll communicate everything you need to know prior to treatment.
How long does Sculptra last?
Sculptra results can vary depending on individual factors. Generally, Sculptra can last for up to two years. Most patients notice significant improvement within 4-6 months after the treatment series. Individual experiences may vary based on age, skin type, lifestyle habits, and the number of treatment sessions received.
How is PDGF+ being used in aesthetics?
Ariessence PDGF+ can be used as a post-RF microneedling topical to reduce redness and support collagen regeneration. It can also be used after laser resurfacing, such as the Tetrapro Coolpeel CO2 laser to accelerate recovery, reduce redness, and optimize post-laser results. It may be used off-label for under-eye rejuvenation, offering a solution for dark circles, hollows, and wrinkles.
What is RF Microneedling?
Radio Frequency Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure using insulated needles and a radiofrequency energy device to promote regeneration of collagen and elastin. Our VirtueRF Microneedling triggers the body’s natural healing process to effectively treat wrinkles, texture irregularities (acne scars), and sagging skin.
